Just up ahead in the road were  three black  turkey vultures surrounding a dead raccoon. As my car approached, two buzzards took a sharp look — gathered their legs and spread their wings for a perpendicular flight from the roadway.

But the other buzzard was on the other side of the raccoon — out of the takeoff pattern — and meekly walked to the opposite side of the road taking a chance the car wouldn’t hit him.

Or maybe he was wise enough to save his energy for the nearby feast — the smell lingering in the downward air.

Consider the scenes in nature and the wisdom that incurs.

The Bbible says: Wisdom cries in the street.

But the soul must be cleared of sin for access; and the wisest thing  we can do is accept God’s Son Christ as Savior.
